CONC 15.1.1RRP
This chapter applies to:(1) a firm with respect to consumer credit lending in relation to regulated credit agreements secured on land; and (2) a firm with respect to credit broking in relation to credit agreements secured on land.

Firms which carry on consumer credit lending or credit broking should comply with all rules which apply to that regulated activity in CONC and other parts of the Handbook. CONC 6.3.1RRP
This section applies:(1) to a firm with respect to consumer credit lending; and(2) where a firm has entered into a current account agreement where:(a) there is a possibility that the account-holder may be allowed to overdraw on the current account without a pre-arranged overdraft or exceed a pre-arranged overdraft limit; and (b) if the account-holder did so, this would be a regulated credit agreement.
